I now have possession of my grandmothers baptismal certificate. The hunt for a birth certificate is ongoing.
I own the apartment in Edmonton, although it hasn't been smooth sailing. The tenants are now in arrears, possibly a misunderstanding. I have no paper saying I own the apt. I don't know who to pay strata fees to. I don't know how much taxes I owe. Getting insurance has been a royal pain. The market has been flooded with clones (all priced a couple thousand higher, but huge inventory now).
Cami has graduated university, and now if Morgan does too, I will feel successful as a parent.
Net Worth dropped drastically, but thats really an accounting problem, til I decide how to deal with the Real Estate. My next RE purchase will probably be a leaseback in Paris. We'll see.
I have found a focus for a business to become involved in. A recording studio. 6 or 700K, seems to be a reasonable price for a professional going concern, and I believe that if you come up with a viable business plan, you can buy any business for no money down. I have yet to test this theory. So the hostel for wayward girls is on hold (for now).
Oh, and I now have 3 of the 120 credits I need to graduate.
